A new state-of-the-art kondeturia (pastry bakery) is at the heart of Ezer Mizion’s From Need to Knead campaign. This bakery will supply our hospital refreshment carts and support our food distribution programs that produces over half a million hot meals and pastries annually for hospitalized patients’ families, the elderly, the disabled, and the homebound. It will also provide meaningful employment and rehabilitation opportunities for individuals in our mental health program.
